Sake gekkeikan 300ml

Sake is an alcoholic drink made by fermenting rice and water. Although it is not wine, it is sometimes referred to as "rice wine." Sake, as we know it today, first came to Japan around 300 BC.

During the Russo-Japanese War in the early 20th century, commercially brewed Sake accounted for as much as 30% of the Japanese government's total revenue. Drink Sake has health benefits: it stimulates the brain and immune system thanks to its amino acids.

Reviews

"Nancy Hachisu is...intrepid. Outrageously creative. Intensely passionate. Committed. True and real. I urge you to cook from this book with abandon, but first read it like a memoir, chapter by chapter, and you will share in the story of a modern-day family, a totally unique and extraordinary one."
