Preparation: Boil the tsukemen / noodle with 2 liters of water. After 12 minutes strain and cool by rinsing in cold water. Take the ready-made soup and mix with 120 ml of hot water. Then add the desired ingredients. Serve the noodles and soup separately.Ingredients: Noodles: Wheat Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Kansui Alkaline Water, Gardenia Coloring.
