Japanese incense - Jinkoh Juzan Agar

Jinkoh Juzan, agarwood from the mountain of good fortune.

Blended generously with sandalwood and herbal notes, the precious agarwood, also known as jinkoh or aloeswood, develops a fresh and stimulating scent. Old texts about the art of appreciating incense highlight its delicate nature and its brave character. Enjoy its elegant and refined fragrance.

Nippon Kodo uses high quality natural ingredients. Woods, herbs, and spices are blended following long-cherished traditional techniques in order to make exceptional quality incenses.

Japan has an ancient tradition of making incense and offering incense. The Japanese are convinced that you should offer the best for Gods and Heavenly Beings. According to Buddhist philosophy, it is a form of generosity that, through the law of cause and effect, has a positive effect on the person who is generous, on circumstances, and on eliminating negative outside influences.

Fragrance: Jinkoh

JINKOH JUZAN - "Fortune Mountain Aloeswood." A nice choice for starters and/or as a gift. It comes with a fabric-covered Paulownia wood box, and a ceramic incense stand.

Reviews

"Nancy Hachisu is...intrepid. Outrageously creative. Intensely passionate. Committed. True and real. I urge you to cook from this book with abandon, but first read it like a memoir, chapter by chapter, and you will share in the story of a modern-day family, a totally unique and extraordinary one."
