These quick-cooking ramen noodles are packed with flavor straight from Tokyo. Tokyo ramen or shoyu ramen has a soup base or soy sauce and other flavors. Instructions
- Put a bundle of noodles in 500 ml of boiling water and stir gently. Boil for 2.5 minutes.
- Remove from fire. Add the soup and mix well.
- Serve hot.
