Large bread crumbs to use as breadcrumbs for a crispy fish, meat or vegetable dish.

Tip:

First make a light batter of whipped egg and a little flour. Dice your piece of fish, meat or vegetables with the batter. Then put in a plate with Panko bread crumbs and turn over so that both sides are well covered with the Panko bread crumbs. Then do not wait too long and fry at 170-180 degrees.
