Given the name, it should come as no surprise that Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky is a harmonious blend of Japanese craftsmanship. Considered the paragon of Japanese whisky, Hibiki is a unique blend of several malt and grain whiskies that are meticulously added, resulting in an orchestra of aromas and flavors.

The Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blend of malt whiskeys from the Yamazaki and Hakushu Distilleries and grain whiskeys from the Chita Distillery, all of the Suntory group and blended by the renowned Japanese Master blender Shingo Torii. The whiskeys come from 5 different casks, including white American oak, sherry casks and of course Japanese oak, Mizunara. A beautiful amber whiskey with lychee, rosemary and wood tones in the nose. Sweet on the tongue with honey, caramel, white chocolate and candied orange with a medium finish with mainly Mizunara. A complex delicate blend, bottled with a percentage of 43% alcohol in a beautifully styled bottle with bell jar.

The Master Blender tastes over 300 malt whisky samples a day, having final say on the subtle, refined, and complex flavors of Suntory whisky.
