In the 1980s, the Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise was very popular in the USA. The Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise has a full flavor and is fresh and slightly sour.
Ingredients:

Soybean oil, egg yolk, vinegar, water, salt, sugar, mustard, flavor enhancers (msg, E635), emulsifier (E285), spices.



Tip: Mix some wasabi with the Kewpie mayonnaise, you can then roll it through the Sushi as an extra flavor enhancer.
