Daisho Soup Stock for Gomamiso Hot Pot

Straight type hot pot soup for 3-4 serves.

Dark miso & white miso based soup with great flavour of sesame seed & spring onions. This soup matches well with vegetables & meat especially mince meat or pork belly slices.

To finish off the hot pot, add ramen noodles and enjoy home cooked miso ramen. If you add butter on top, it is even more authentic!
