Chazuke spices are very popular in Japan. These spices are used to flavor rice or soup. Also used as inside out sushi decoration.

Instructions for use:

Use a bag of herbs for a bowl of rice or noodles
Add 150ml of boiling water or green tea
Let it steep for a while and it is ready for consumption

Ingredients: Salt, Rice Crackers, Red Salmon (Fish), Monosodium L-Glutamate, Sugar, Laver, Green Tea Powder, Konbu Kelp Powder, Yeast Extract, Disodium 5-Inosinate, Disodium 5-Guanylate, Tocopherols, Trisodium Citrate, Citric Acid.

Good quality measuring spoon

The measuring spoon is good for making lattes with the right amount of powder. Awesome quality as well.

Old rice with expensive price

I bought in September 2024, but received rice which cleaned (=Seimai 精米) in 2022. Japanese rice is said if it's getting old, it's ediable but lost lots of taste. So old rice is normally very cheap in Japan. If they buy such old rice, they could have bought much cheaper(or they they have a bad stock control ). The rice itself is famous because of its quality , but this supplier doesn't seem to respect it and seems only to focus on making money. I recommend
you should buy from another supplier which has better products manegment.

This rice is produced in 2022 and propably polished in 22-12-2023 because we receive these rice from May this year 2024.
