Mokolli is a mulberry, made from grade 1 bokkunja. It consists of uncooked rice and is made from rice from Gochang, Jeonbuk. Bokbang is made through raw rice fermentation method which produces 20% gokchange 1 grade bokkunja as raw rice powder without high heat until the alcohol is finished.
