Nissin Demae Ramen Bar Noodle Hokkaido Miso Tonkotsu 188g

Tonkotsu Ramen combines Hokkaido miso’s umami flavor.

Nissin is a world-renowned noodle brand that many people are familiar with. This “Nissin Demae Ramen Bar Noodle Series” offers non-fried straight ramen noodles that, after a few minutes of boiling, allow you to touch the soft and chewy noodles that combine very well with the mellow soup.

This orange pack contains Hokkaido miso tonkotsu ramen. It combines the natural umami flavor of Hokkaido miso fermented from Japanese soybeans with a rich broth made from pork bones meticulously simmered until it has a rich aroma. Soft salty and sweet flavor, scented soybean. It pairs well with soft, chewy noodles. Simply add meat and vegetables as you like. It’s definitely delicious and mellow.

The easy method for enjoying Nissin Ramen.
1. Boil 450 ml of water, then add the udon noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Tear the soup base sachet into the bowl.
2. Remove from heat. Pour hot water into the bowl to melt the soup base, then add noodles and stir well.
3. Tear the seasoning sauce sachet into the bowl. Add meat, vegetable, or other topping as you like. Ready to eat.

Reviews

"Nancy Hachisu is...intrepid. Outrageously creative. Intensely passionate. Committed. True and real. I urge you to cook from this book with abandon, but first read it like a memoir, chapter by chapter, and you will share in the story of a modern-day family, a totally unique and extraordinary one."
