Prepare delicious Okonomiyaki ko Japanese pancakes with ease with this 500g Showa mix. Consisting of a pre-mixed batter and topping of bonito flakes, this high-quality product is perfect for those who want to make authentic Japanese pancakes at home. With simple instructions, you can create delicious pancakes in no time.

How to use:
• Add 100g okonomiyaki flour to 100ml water in a bowl and mix well. Add 300g chopped cabbage (about half a head), 1 egg, and 100g of your favorite okonomiyaki fillings (squid, shrimp, pork, tempura pearls, beni shoga ginger, etc.).

• In a hotplate or saucepan over medium heat (200C), add a little vegetable oil before spooning half of the okonomiyaki batter into a round shape. Cook for about 5 minutes. Cook for 4 minutes.

• Carefully flip the pancake and cover with a lid. Cook for another 5 minutes.

• Remove the lid and flip again. Cook for another minute. • Transfer to plates and serve with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito fish flakes, and/or beni shoga ginger. • Repeat from step 2 with the remaining okonomiyaki batter.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, salt, glucose, dried bonito powder, dried mackerel powder, yeast extract, baking powder, spices (amino acids), flavor enhancer (E621), emulsifier.

Contains wheat and fish.
