The ultimate comfort food, tori nanban is a Japanese hot noodle soup. Simply add your own sliced chicken and udon noodles to Daisho's convenient broth to achieve classic slow-cooked flavor in almost no time.
Mixed dashi soup of bonito & kelp is simple but with a perfect balance of flavors, especially to enjoy chicken and leek.
To finish the hot pot, add cooked soba noodles and extra leek to have "Nanban soba". Add nanami red pepper or yuzu pepper for a hit in the soup.
